As an owner and Secretary/Treasurer Donnie Barnes is responsible for the overall financial strategy and day-to-day financial and accounting operations of Proshot Concrete, Inc. He works closely with Job Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within budget. Donnie is also responsible for maintaining required qualification applications in each state of operation. He has over 7 years of experience in the Shotcrete Industry.

Donnie received a BS in Marketing in 1984 and a BS in Accounting in 1991. Prior to the creation of Proshot Concrete, Inc. Donnie’s experience included the management of accounting areas in Apparel Manufacturing, Machinery Distribution and Robotics, and Copper Tube Manufacturing.
