As an owner and Vice President, Tony McDougle is responsible for managing the daily operations of Proshot Concrete, Inc. He oversees all aspects of project implementation through completion. Tony’s responsibilities include coordinating work crews, equipment and supplies to make certain the timely completion of projects. He acts as a liaison with the appropriate Project Managers and Inspectors to ensure adherence to plan specifications and project logistics. Tony has 15 years of experience in land development and domestic and commercial construction.
